Method Of taking the Injection Vitamin D orally
- Buy the arachitol 6 lac injection ampule with a dot on it as shown in the image below.

- Take a sharp knife and scratch at the neck of the bottle for three minutes.
- Then grab the base of the bottle in the left fist and grab the neck of the bottle between the thumb and the forefinger the right hand and press back swiftly.
- Then in one single jerky movement, the bottle cracks at the neck cleanly.
- Tilt the bottle and empty contents in a spoon and drink the vitamin orally.
- take it on empty stomach.
